Ribfest - Very Important

We are preparing to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Sunrise Rotary Club to go forward with next summer`s Ribfest but we have several important positions that need to be filled  ... Chair of Fundraising and chair of Marketing. These positions were filled by Sean and Mark Rozad, both of whom will not be continuing in these roles going forward.

These are pivotal roles and need to be filled before the end of November. Please consider helping in these critical roles. Contact Sean, Mark or Dean.
GUEST SPEAKER
We did not have a formal speaker today.

But, we did have Dave Thomas go over parts of the budget today. Dave provided copies of the budget for our perusal. There was some discussion about how to handle our annual giving to Rotary Foundation (sustaining club and sustaining member donations).
