We had 19 of 26 members in attendance today (73%). We also had our departing member, Hajra, with us today.

Stephen - Happy to be finished with Bingo. Also happy to welcome a new canine (spaniel) into the Witteveen household.

Kristen - Laughed her way to Key West with Erica while at a convention in Florida.

 

 

 

 
 
ANNOUNCEMENTS

We had a special presentation today to honour Hajra Wilson for her time working with us here in Cambridge.

 

President Mike presented a card and a bouquet of flowers to Hajra and then forced her to get her picture taken with us all. We will miss you Hajra and wish you all the best down the highway in Eastern Ontario!

 

Tree Planting - Dean has arranged for us to plant 90 trees this Sunday at RARE (on Blair Road - look for parking at the barn along Blair Rd). Planting will go from 10am to 2pm. Please put this in your schedules ... weather should be excellent!

 

Ken Slade's brother passed away 2 weeks ago. We pass on our condolences to the Slade family.

 

Camp Enterprise - Jeff is looking for help with the business game. Please contact him if you can help.

 

Ribfest- The Ribfest Executive is looking  for a member of Cambridge North to sit on the Volunteer Committee with Anne Tinker and Cliff Steele. You can let Peter, myself (Doug) or president Mike know if you can help in this important way.

NOTES:
The Sgt.‐At‐Arms shall mark the attendance sheet, input Guest Names, Visiting Rotarians and Make‐ups submitted by club members, as well as calculate the meeting percentage. You will also give the invocation when requested by the President. At the end of the meeting make sure
the Secretary has the “Secretary’s Copy”.

In addition, the SAA shall also fill in the attendance details on the “Bulletin Editor’s Copy” and make sure the editor receives it by the end of the meeting.

The person who is responsible for any Ticket sales shall enter the cash details on the “Treasurer’s Copy”. They shall also collect the Happy Toonies and enter that information on the same sheet. At the end of the meeting they shall give the treasurer the tally sheet along with
the cash in an envelope. There is a supply of banker’s envelopes in the tote box.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE your assigned date, it is your responsibility to arrange for a replacement to take your time slot!! To be sure of your schedule, TELEPHONE your partner the day before.
