We discussed the unseasonably cold weather . Talked about United States politics , and my recent visit to Trump's Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach .
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS REPORT

There were no guests today . 15 of 25 members were present , 60% - a passing grade .

 

HAPPY-TOONIES

 

Paul Witmer was happy today . He was also generous to the club .His found money was returned to the club .

Fred was happy for his grand-daughters 2nd birthday celebration.

 

 

 
 
ANNOUNCEMENTS

Jeff- Camp Enterprise is taking place Tuesday May 1st through Thursday May 3rd .

We require drivers to take the students from GCI and St Benedict's to U of W on Tuesday morning for the start of the camp , arriving by 8:30 am.

We also require helpers for the business game on Thursday May 3rd . This takes place immediately after the lunch break .

The students need to be driven back to their schools at 4:30 pm .

 

Tree planting will take place Sunday April 22nd , at RARE , on Blair Road , from 9:00am till noon.

 

The Cambridge North Rotary Golf Tournament is taking place on September 11th this year .Please round up prizes !

Thurs. May 4 - Social event - Jeans and Classics (music of David Bowie and Prince) at Centre in the Square - David Mitten has a block of tickets - reply to Don.

April 26 - 3 club social at Beer Town - 5pm.

May 27 - Superhero Run. - The 3 club challenge has begun. Starting collecting pledges. We will be canvassing for volunteers again for the event.

ATTENDANCE SHEET & INVOCATION
 
 
 
 
 
NOTES:
The Sgt.‐At‐Arms shall mark the attendance sheet, input Guest Names, Visiting Rotarians and Make‐ups submitted by club members, as well as calculate the meeting percentage. You will also give the invocation when requested by the President. At the end of the meeting make sure
the Secretary has the “Secretary’s Copy”.

In addition, the SAA shall also fill in the attendance details on the “Bulletin Editor’s Copy” and make sure the editor receives it by the end of the meeting.

The person who is responsible for any Ticket sales shall enter the cash details on the “Treasurer’s Copy”. They shall also collect the Happy Toonies and enter that information on the same sheet. At the end of the meeting they shall give the treasurer the tally sheet along with
the cash in an envelope. There is a supply of banker’s envelopes in the tote box.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE your assigned date, it is your responsibility to arrange for a replacement to take your time slot!! To be sure of your schedule, TELEPHONE your partner the day before.
