Past President Mike called the meeting of Cambridge North Rotary (CNR) to order. Paul Witmer lead the club in the signing of O Canada.Jeff Matyas read the invocation, followed by a toast to Queen and Country by Mike.

TABLE TALK
Mike Bernard and Greg Rawn were busy discussing work related topics regarding high finance and banking . Jim and I were discussing lighter topics ,  real estate listings , and the dental business . We also heard about Jim's  unfortunate e-mail hack job . 
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS REPORT

Sergeant  at Arms Jeff Matyas reported that 14 members of 22 were present today, with an attendance of 64%.

There were no make-ups,visiting Rotarians , or guests 

 

 

 

HAPPY-TOONIES
Jim Robinson was happy today  , and a bit sad . His e-mail got hacked , and a fraudulent message was sent to his contact list requesting google gift cards . One of his friends followed through with the scheme . Jim felt so bad he reimbursed the money ! Wow, Such a nice guy !
Fred was almost happy ... He is going sledding today after the meeting  , around Huntsville at Three Mile Lake .

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS SCHEDULE

The Sgt.‐At‐Arms (SAA) shall mark the attendance sheet, input Guest Names, Visiting Rotarians and Make‐ups submitted by club members, as well as calculate the meeting percentage. You will also give the invocation when requested by the President. At the end of the meeting make sure the Secretary has the “Secretary’s Copy”.


In addition, the SAA shall also fill in the attendance details on the “Bulletin Editor’s Copy” and make sure the editor receives it by the end of the meeting.

The person who is responsible for any Ticket sales shall enter the cash details on the “Treasurer’s Copy”. They shall also collect the Happy Toonies and enter that information on the same sheet. At the end of the meeting they shall give the treasurer the tally sheet along with the cash in an envelope. There is a supply of banker’s envelopes in the tote box.
