TABLE TALK
 
There was some discussion about cruising holidays . Ken just returned from a cruise around  Spain , Gibraltar , and the Canary islands. 
We also discussed the Winter Olympics , and how well Canada is doing .Summer Olympics are in Japan in 2020 . Winter Olympics are in China in 2022 .
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS REPORT

We had 12members present today. Just shy of 50 %.  There were no makeups today. We had one Guest , Dr Hank Nykamp , past member.He was rounded up as he walked down the hallway.

 

HAPPY-TOONIES

Ken Slade was very happy today. He had a very nice Spainish holiday .

Fred attended his 7th grandchild's first birthday this past weekend.

 

 

 

 
 
ANNOUNCEMENTS

Mike Jennings wants Rotarian's to attend the KW Titan's basketball game on March 21st , at 7:00PM . His son , Jacob will be participating in the half time scrimmage , with atheletes from the Special Olympics . ATTENDANCE SHEET & INVOCATION
 
 
 
 
 
NOTES:
The Sgt.‐At‐Arms shall mark the attendance sheet, input Guest Names, Visiting Rotarians and Make‐ups submitted by club members, as well as calculate the meeting percentage. You will also give the invocation when requested by the President. At the end of the meeting make sure
the Secretary has the “Secretary’s Copy”.

In addition, the SAA shall also fill in the attendance details on the “Bulletin Editor’s Copy” and make sure the editor receives it by the end of the meeting.

The person who is responsible for any Ticket sales shall enter the cash details on the “Treasurer’s Copy”. They shall also collect the Happy Toonies and enter that information on the same sheet. At the end of the meeting they shall give the treasurer the tally sheet along with
the cash in an envelope. There is a supply of banker’s envelopes in the tote box.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE your assigned date, it is your responsibility to arrange for a replacement to take your time slot!! To be sure of your schedule, TELEPHONE your partner the day before.
